New Baby

Welcome to the world, little one!

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby! We look forward to building a lasting relationship with you and your child now and throughout his/her teenage years. Your baby will see us multiple times until age 2, and then yearly until age 18 to ensure healthy growth and development. If you have not already decided on a pediatrician, please check out our provider bios to help you decide.

Please complete your child’s PATIENT PROFILE prior to your first visit with our office. Thanks!

Your first visit with us will be a Weight Check Visit which usually occurs 48 hours after hospital discharge. Whether you deliver your baby at Southeast Health or Flowers Hospital, our Hospital Coordinator will see you prior to baby’s hospital discharge. We will schedule baby’s first appointment and gather important information from the hospital. Make sure you let the hospital know you want your baby to be seen by Southeastern Peds! If you do not see one of our Newborn Liaisons during your hospital stay, follow the schedule below for your first visit:

Insurance and Payment

You will receive access to your personalized Patient Portal via e-mail when your baby’s chart is created. Please take a moment to access, and create a password for your patient portal. Through the portal you can request refills, request an appointments, message a physician and view completed office visits. It can be a time saver.
